Privacy policy
This policy covers mayagentic.com, our public website. It does not cover the Maya product itself, which runs inside your own cloud and is governed by your agreement with us.

The short version
We collect what you hand us and very little else. There are no accounts on this website, no advertising trackers, and no sale of anyone's data. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them.
What we collect
Information you give us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, company, and message. Our newsletter form asks only for an email address. We use these to answer you and, if you subscribed, to send you what you subscribed to. We do not sell them or share them with advertisers.
Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages get read. Until you accept, analytics storage is switched off and no analytics cookies are written. You can change your answer at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the cookie prompt back.
Server logs
Our host and our CDN keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are ordinary operational records, kept briefly and not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
Two kinds. Analytics cookies, described above, which require your consent. And a small amount of local browser storage we use to remember your cookie answer and whether you dismissed our announcement bar, so we stop asking. That storage never leaves your browser.
Who processes data for us
We keep the list short and use each provider for one job: hosting and delivery of this website, email delivery for contact-form messages and newsletters, and analytics as described above. Each acts on our instructions and may not use your information for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards as a business record. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Logs and analytics follow the retention set by the relevant provider.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can decline analytics without losing access to anything on this site. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a comparable law; we honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children
This is a business website for enterprise security teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be called out on this page rather than slipped in quietly.
