Terms of use

These terms govern this website. The Maya product is licensed separately, under the agreement you sign with us, and nothing here changes it.

Effective 11 August 2026

Using this site

You are welcome to read, quote, and share what we publish here. In return, do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send anyone unsolicited mail. We may withdraw access if you do.

Our content

The words, designs, diagrams, white papers, and marks on this site belong to Mayagentic Inc. or our licensors. You may quote from our writing with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.

What you send us

If you send us feedback, questions, or ideas through this site, we may act on them freely and without obligation to you. Please do not send us anything confidential through the contact form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will arrange a proper channel.

Forward-looking statements

This site describes a product under active development. Roadmap items, benchmarks, and capability descriptions reflect our intentions at the time of writing and may change. Nothing on this website is a contractual commitment, a warranty, or a guarantee of any particular result.

Third-party research and links

We cite outside research, and we name the source when we do. Those figures belong to the organisations that produced them, and we do not warrant their accuracy. Links to other sites are for reference only; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

No warranty

This website is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose, and to the extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mayagentic Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Santa Clara County have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
